"Don't."
That's the abstain-from-retaliation message Joe Biden sent to Iran last week after Israel purportedly killed several Iranian generals in Syria. They were in Damascus to meet with high-ranking members of Hezbollah, an Iran-backed terrorist organization... it's unlikely their agenda had a pro-Israel focus.
Well, despite Joe Biden's fear-inspiring warning, they did.
Saturday evening, Iran launched a direct attack on Israel which included hundreds of drones and missiles, both cruise and ballistic, every one of which was designed and fired with the intention of causing destruction and death. Almost all were intercepted before reaching their targets, but had Israel's defenses failed, untold numbers of Israelis would be dead today.
Immediately after the attack, with the wreckage of downed drones and missiles still smoking, Joe Biden called Israel's Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, and told him not to retaliate... quote: "Just take the win."
It's difficult to understand how hundreds of deadly weapons fired against Israel is a win, but then again, it's difficult to understand anything Joe Biden says and does. For instance... since taking office, he's enriched Iran, either by direct payments or his refusal to enforce existing sanctions, to the tune of over 200 billion dollars. The results are inarguable as a matter of cause and effect... every drone and missile fired against Israel, as well as those Iran sells to Russia... which are used against Ukraine, was bought and paid for thanks to Joe Biden. And now he's telling Israel to stand down?
Joe Biden's ever-shrinking base of supporters are saying, "He's pursuing a policy of de-escalation;" they would have you believe he's a "master diplomat." But... when it comes to dealing with America's adversaries, be it Russia, China, or Iran, Joe Biden's brand of diplomacy always seems to redound to the benefit of our enemies. Case in point: Afghanistan, where untold billions worth of weapons were left behind, along with countless Americans and allies. Afghanistan was a disaster, but Joe Biden would say he "took the win."
As a result of Joe Biden's "policy of de-escalation" and "masterful diplomacy," the Middle East is in flames, as is Ukraine, where Russia is rattling its nuclear saber... the threat of war is brewing in the Pacific, too. America's enemies have no fear because, by word and deed, Joe Biden is as demonstrably weak as he is a doddering, incoherent, senile old man, and when the best he can muster as a deterrent against our enemies is to say, "Don't," well, you can be sure...
They will... and worse, they are.
